Replatforming a live lending product

The problem

Django templates. Slow to ship, hard to hire for.

My part

Wrote the migration plan and led the move to React, TypeScript, and Vite. One module at a time, product stayed live.

The calls made

Shared Radix/Tailwind components, TanStack Query for data, lazy routes to cut bundle size.

Outcome

Auth, documents, notifications, and reporting on the new stack.

The problem

Thousands of students registering, paying, and sitting a timed exam in one go.

My part

Owned the SvelteKit frontend: checkout, referral, CMS, LMS, and admin dashboards.

The calls made

SSR and SEO (+40% organic traffic). Reusable components for exam-day fixes without breaking checkout.

Outcome

7,000+ students, India Book of Records. Conversion up 30%.

LendAPI sells APIs that let companies launch and run digital lending products without building the whole stack themselves. Onboarding, KYC, disbursal, repayments, collections. I work on the frontend replatform from Django templates to React.

PAF runs courses on Vedanta and related topics, with a big online presence. I built and maintained the SvelteKit frontend: LMS, admin dashboards, checkout, and a GPT-powered chatbot used by a large user base. Also spent time on Core Web Vitals and exam-day reliability.
